1. The agreement

These terms govern your use of nmnprostore.com and purchases of NMN Pro products. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Products and health information

Our products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and site content is informational — not medical advice. Consult a qualified physician before use, particularly if pregnant, nursing, under 18, managing a medical condition, or taking prescription medication.

3. Orders, pricing, and promotions

Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice; the price at order confirmation governs. Promotional pricing (including launch offers and discount codes) is time-limited and cannot be combined unless stated. We may refuse or cancel orders placed at incorrect prices, in bulk for resale without a wholesale agreement, or suspected of fraud.

4. Shipping

Orders ship within 1 business day from our US warehouse. US delivery is typically 2–4 business days and free over $75. International delivery times and any duties are the customer's responsibility. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address you provide.

5. Returns and the 90-day guarantee

Every order carries a 90-day money-back guarantee from delivery date. To claim, email hello@nmnprostore.com with your order number — no physical return is required for first-time claims on opened products. Abuse of the guarantee (repeated claims across accounts) voids it.

6. Reviews and user content

By submitting a review or entering the review giveaway, you confirm the content is your genuine experience, and grant us a non-exclusive license to display it in our marketing with attribution. Giveaways are open to all honest ratings; no purchase is necessary where prohibited by law. One entry per customer per month; winners are drawn at random and notified by email.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, imagery, and branding are our property. Uthever® is a registered trademark of EffePharm (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., used here to identify the raw material source.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
